Cancellation Policy

At HDH Clinical Hypnotherapy, we value your time and are committed to providing exceptional service to all clients. Due to high demand, we have a limited number of appointments available, and many clients book well in advance. To ensure that we can accommodate as many individuals as possible, we kindly ask that you observe the following cancellation and rescheduling policy: 24-Hour Notice: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client in need. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment may incur a late cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost. Missed Appointments: If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and fail to provide prior notice, a no-show fee of 100% of the session cost will apply. Rescheduling: We understand that schedules change. You are welcome to reschedule without penalty as long as we receive notice within the 24-hour window. Emergency Cancellations: We recognise that unforeseen circumstances arise. In the event of an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will assess cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
